Using a unique process, milk containers are purified into attractive and durable 100% HDPE (high-density polyethylene) recycled plastic, which is used in the manufacture of Custom-Line playground equipment.

 

Custom-Line play structures are manufactured out of solid profiles of 100% premium HDPE recycled plastic and offer numerous advantages over conventional powder coated metal structures. Recycled plastic is maintenance-free with no possibility of corrosion and does not require painting or touch ups as color is molded all the way through. It does not get as hot in the sun and is softer and safer for children.

 

Custom-Line equipment is built extra tough to withstand years of heavy use. To ensure durability and longevity, all Custom-Line recycled plastic components are made out of solid plastic profiles such as 6x6 solid plastic posts, solid plastic deck planks, solid plastic roof and wall slats, solid plastic guardrails, etc. As a result of these state-of-the-art features, Custom-Line recycled plastic components come standard with an outstanding limited lifetime warranty.
